TOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Cancellation of a tour is possible within the specified period:
1. tours taking place in Poland and Slovakia (except tours "Bratislava" and "Lomnický Peak") - cancellation is possible 24 hours before the tour starts at the latest (during office opening hours).
2. tours: "Bratislava", "Budapest", "Eger", "Vienna", "Tokaj and Boldogkő Castle", "Brno", "Lomnický Peak" - cancellation is possible 72 hours before the tour starts at the latest (during office opening hours).

In case of a timely cancellation, the refund will be reduced by the reservation fee (30 PLN/person).
No refund will be made if the cancellation is made in a shorter time than specified above.
In the event of cancellation of a tour by the Strama Office, a full refund will be given.

Purchase of the tour is considered acceptance of the above conditions.

Trip description

Punkva cave and Stepmother’s Abyss, underground rafting

On the road to Brno, we will visit Moravian Karst- a protected landscape park that holds over 100 caves. One of the grander and preferably the most visited is Punkva Cave, which enormous chambers are filled with stalactites, stalagmites and dashing dripstone. First half of the tour is a ramble through the cave’s halls, which takes us to counting almost 140 meters bed of Stepmother’s Abyss. Second part contains rafting in boats on Punkva’s underground river.

From the car park in Skalny Młyn to the start of the tour, there is a 2-kilometre-long road, which can be covered on foot or by a tourist train.
The tour of the cave lasts about 60 minutes and it is advisable to bring warm clothes, as the temperature in the cave falls below 10 degrees.

Brno

Brno is a historic Morava capital and an important cultural, scientific and touristic center. Along with a tour guide we will see among other, the old town hall, Freedom Square, the Cabbage Market with the Parnas fountain or Moravian Square which symbolize fairness, courage and prudence.

ŠPILBERK Caste

Exploring Brno, a thirteenth-century building will spike the eye proudly towering over the city. At first it was a gothic residence for monarchs, but later was transformed into aa baroque fortress also serving as a prison. Today it’s vast dungeons and torture chamber are keenly visited by tourists. Modernly it’s a cultural center, where many festivals, theatrical events and exhibitions occur.
